FORFIRM worked with one of Italy’s leading providers of certified email boxes on an RPA solution to manage a technical service request, in order to reduce operating costs and manage invalid requests from users not providing the required documentation

FORFIRM implemented a digital workforce based on the Automation Anywhere platform, able to open all required documents (such as the identity card and tax code), verify matches with the CRM data, manage all ticket activities and send a decision (positive/negative) to the user.
